During the Corona lock down all Australian purchases will be sent express post the avoid long delays in delivery. International buyers please check your countries import restrictions before purchasing. We are only sending items to countries that allow express post with the exception of a few countries. Please contact us first if you are unsure about your countries status.

How long before l receive my order?

lf your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date please contact us before purchasing. Some items are kept in stock but most custom orders and embossed items are processed as soon as possible. This time can vary from 2 - 90 days and is unpredictable. Delays will vary at peak times and during outbreaks of pandemics. Postage times are changing daily with the build up of parcels at sorting centres and the limited air travel available.

ls my purchase guaranteed?

Yes we back all our products but sometimes we aren,t perfect. lf your pouch loses a stud or for any other fault please contact us so we can advise the best way to remedy the issue.


We don,t accept returns. - for embossed items unless incorrectly embossed . - change of mind lf there is an issue with your purchase please contact us via the website so we can resolve the problem.

Covid 19

During the covidn 19 lock down we will still be operating. All Australian orders will be sent express post due to the delays with regular post. We are still selling to international buyers however please check your countries current import restrictions before purchasing. We are only sending items express post which we have been told by AU post could still take 3 weeks. Regular post is 50 days so we have omitted that option for now.
